At Variatee.com, we believe in creating products that carry meaning and value. Because each item you order is produced specifically for you, our approach to returns and refunds is a little different from traditional retail.
We don’t keep stock sitting in warehouses instead, every shirt, hoodie, cap, or accessory is produced only when an order is placed. This process helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and promote a more sustainable business model.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size choice, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size guides, product descriptions, and design previews carefully before placing your order.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us, and if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
When We Accept Returns or Refunds
We will happily replace or refund an item if it falls into one of the following categories:
Defective Product – If the item arrives with manufacturing or printing defects.
Incorrect Item – If you received the wrong design, color, or size compared to what you ordered.
Damaged in Transit – If your order was damaged during shipping (photos required).
Poor Print Quality – If the print is significantly misaligned, faded, or not as described.
Timeline for Requests
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
When Refunds or Returns Are Not Accepted
We are unable to process refunds or returns for:
Buyer’s remorse (change of mind).
Incorrect size ordered (we provide detailed size charts to help you choose correctly).
Color variations due to screen display differences (slight variations are normal).
Items damaged due to improper washing or care.
Resolution Options
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you may choose from the following:
Replacement – We’ll ship you a new product free of charge.
Full Refund – Returned to your original payment method.
Store Credit – If you’d like to use your balance on a future purchase.
How to Start a Return or Refund Request

Include your order number and clear photos of the product/issue.
Our team will review and confirm the next steps.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.
If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, first check with your bank or card provider.
If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
