At Variatee.com, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Since each product is made specifically for you, we balance production time, quality checks, and shipping efficiency to ensure you receive a product you’ll love.
1. Order Processing Time
Made-to-order production: Each item is created once your order is placed. This helps us reduce overproduction and ensure every product is fresh and custom.
Production time: On average, it takes 2–5 business days to prepare your product before it is shipped. (Please note that during peak seasons or sales, this timeframe may be extended slightly.)
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product type. Estimated delivery times (after production) are as follows:
Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimated times. Actual delivery may vary depending on local postal services, customs clearance, or unexpected delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and package weight.
We occasionally run free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our store and applied automatically at checkout.
Orders with multiple items may ship separately if produced in different facilities (e.g., a hoodie and a cap). You will receive separate tracking numbers in that case.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to display updates after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot control or predict these additional costs.
6. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may reship it at your expense.
